The Project Manager is the primary interface between Yellow Power Ghana Limited and the client. (Golden Star Resources). The Candidate is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the mining contract with Golden Star Resources—from initial planning and scope development to execution, monitoring, and final delivery. This role ensures that all mining activities, including drilling, extraction, material load and haul, and haul road maintenance, are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager shall also provide oversight and support to site teams through contract management, cost control, and continuous improvement of mining methods.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead our mobile equipment maintenance team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for maximizing the availability and reliability of our fleet of heavy mining equipment. The successful candidate will oversee all maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety and operational excellence in compliance with Ghana's Minerals and Mining Regulations.
